STATIC DL-44 BLASTERS — 1:1 Replica
The perfect silhouette. Clean, accurate, and display-ready.
The Static Series is built for collectors and cosplayers who want an iconic, screen-accurate DL-44 without the complexity — or the price — of the Elite builds.
Every Static blaster starts from the same original CAD files as the Elite versions. But where the Elite builds are engineered to replicate every last detail of the original film props — including the weathering, the wear, the crooked scopes, the off-center mounts, and the imperfections of props that were hand-built under pressure decades ago — the Static builds take a different approach entirely.
These are clean. Symmetrical. Leveled. Everything is centered and balanced, screws and surface details are modeled directly into the file, and there’s no weathering. What you get is the perfect, idealized silhouette of each DL-44 variant — the way these blasters would have looked straight off the prop bench before a single frame was ever shot.
If the Elite build is the screen-used prop replica, the Static is the mint showroom version. Neither is wrong — they’re just built for different collectors
Please note: All builds are made to order. Expected turnaround is approximately two weeks from the date of purchase.

- Same original CAD foundation as the Elite builds
- Multi-part construction for clean detail and a solid finish

The Lineup
The Static Series covers the most iconic DL-44 configurations from the original trilogy — the three C96-based heroes that defined the look of Han Solo’s blaster across all three films, plus the Greedo Killer, which gives collectors a chance to see just how accurately the MGC base has been reproduced alongside the C96.
ANH Hero
The one that started it all. This is the DL-44 as it appeared in *A New Hope* — the most recognized version of Han Solo’s blaster in cinema history. Built around the C96 base, the silhouette is faithfully captured here in its clean, idealized form: the mount, the scope, the heat sink grill, the Mystery Disk, and the antenna greeblie — all perfectly proportioned and centered. If you’re only ever going to own one, this is the one.
ANH Greedo Killer
The Greedo Killer is built on the MGC (Model Gun Company) base — a distinctly different platform from the C96 used for the Hero blasters. It’s included in the Static lineup specifically to showcase how accurately the MGC base has been reproduced. If you’re familiar with the MGC and you pick this up alongside the ANH Hero, the difference between the two bases will be immediately obvious — and so will the accuracy of both. Straight scope, traditional-style weavers, both the same size, both attached behind the windage knob, exactly as the prop appeared during the US pickup shoot for the original film.
ESB Bespin — HS (Han Solo)
The hero prop from *The Empire Strikes Back* and arguably the most iconic version of the DL-44 in the entire saga. The Static replica captures the 3/4 light port on the M19 scope, the clean flash hider, and the unique mount style — all leveled and centered into the clean silhouette this series is known for. A must-have for any ESB collector.
ESB Bespin — LS (Luke Skywalker)
The Luke Skywalker counterpart to the Han Solo Bespin. This version features the full light port on the M19 scope and shares the same flash hider as the HS version. The mount, while visually similar to the HS version, has its own subtle details that set it apart. One additional distinction unique to this version: the safety features a hole — a detail that has long been debated among collectors. It’s included here to cater to those who believe the original prop had one, and it also serves as a clean visual separator between the HS and LS versions.
ROTJ Stembridge
The hero prop from *Return of the Jedi*, assembled stateside by Stembridge Gun Rentals when production moved to Northern California for the Battle of Endor sequences. This blaster has its own unique set of components — mount, greeblies, and flash hider — not found on any other version. The scope closely resembles the Endor prop but is distinguished by its gold-toned front element. The serial number of the original C96 filming prop has been authentically duplicated. Presented here in clean Static form, without weathering.
